Write a list out one per line, numbered: 1. Sam, 2. Alex.

In a flow

“Works out numbered list whenever a step wired to it needs the answer.”

[Sam, Alex] → 1. Sam\n2. Alex

What it does

Write a list out one per line, numbered: 1. Sam, 2. Alex. It's a value node: no white pins, it works out its answer when a step wired to it needs it. It gives 1 value later steps can use. Find it under Values in the palette.

When to use it

Use it when a step needs a value worked out first: write a list out one per line, numbered: 1. Sam, 2. Alex.

When not to

For a value that never changes, type it into the setting instead of wiring a node.

What goes there: Type it in the side panel, or wire in a list. e.g. Hello there, and more like it

If it's empty: Optional. Left empty and unwired, the step runs without it.
