What it does

Read a ticket's number, category, status, who opened it and who claimed it. It's a step: it runs when the white wire reaches it, then the flow carries on from its Then pin. It gives 13 values later steps can use. Find it under Systems in the palette.

When to use it

Use it when that system is on in your server: read a ticket's number, category, status, who opened it and who claimed it.

When not to

If nothing should change in Discord, a value node or a check is lighter.

If it's empty: Optional. Left empty and unwired, the step runs without it.

False when the channel isn't a ticket; the rest are then empty. e.g. true
