What it does
Check a cooldown and start it in one go: allowed when it is over, otherwise it says how long to wait. For /daily, /report or any limited action. It's a step: it runs when the white wire reaches it, then the flow carries on from its Then pin. It gives 4 values later steps can use. Find it under Storage in the palette.
When to use it
Use it to keep something between runs: check a cooldown and start it in one go: allowed when it is over, otherwise it says how long to wait. For /daily, /report or any limited action.
When not to
If nothing should change in Discord, a value node or a check is lighter.
