What it does
Open forum posts nobody else has answered yet (or no helper has), older than some hours, oldest first. It's a step: it runs when the white wire reaches it, then the flow carries on from its Then pin. It gives 3 values later steps can use. Find it under Channels in the palette.
When to use it
A daily nudge in your help forum: the posts nobody has answered yet, so helpers see what's waiting. Set a Helper role to count only their answers.
When not to
Bots' replies and the asker's own don't count as answers. It reads the newest 25 open posts and runs at most once a minute per forum; posts tagged Solved are skipped.
