What it does
Have the AI sum up a ticket in one line from its kept transcript: what the member needed and how it ended. Works on closed tickets too. Uses the server's AI allowance. It's a step: it runs when the white wire reaches it, then the flow carries on from its Then pin. It gives 2 values later steps can use. Find it under Systems in the palette.

When not to
If nothing should change in Discord, a value node or a check is lighter.
