What it does
Roles with no members, leaving out @everyone and the roles Discord or a bot manages (like the booster role). It's a step: it runs when the white wire reaches it, then the flow carries on from its Then pin. It gives 3 values later steps can use. Find it under Members & roles in the palette.
When to use it
Before a role-menu redesign or a yearly clean-up: the roles nobody has any more, ready to delete one at a time.
When not to
Roles Discord or a bot manages (the booster role, each bot's own role) never show: nobody can give those. On a very big server it waits until I can see every member.
