Ticket summary card
A picture of a closed ticket: the opener's avatar and name, its number and why it closed. Tickets draws the same card in its log with how long it ran, who handled it, the rating and the message count.

What it does
A picture of a closed ticket: the opener's avatar and name, its number and why it closed. Tickets draws the same card in its log with how long it ran, who handled it, the rating and the message count. It's a step: it runs when the white wire reaches it, then the flow carries on from its Then pin. It gives 1 value later steps can use. Find it under Messages in the palette.
