Who owes a reply
Read who the ticket is waiting on: staff (the member wrote last) or the member (staff wrote last), and for how long. Bot lines and reminders don't count. For your own reminders on a Timer.

What it does
Read who the ticket is waiting on: staff (the member wrote last) or the member (staff wrote last), and for how long. Bot lines and reminders don't count. For your own reminders on a Timer. It's a step: it runs when the white wire reaches it, then the flow carries on from its Then pin. It gives 5 values later steps can use. Find it under Systems in the palette.
When to use it
Use it when that system is on in your server: read who the ticket is waiting on: staff (the member wrote last) or the member (staff wrote last), and for how long. Bot lines and reminders don't count. For your own reminders on a Timer.
When not to
If nothing should change in Discord, a value node or a check is lighter.
