Ask staff to close (opener)
For the member who opened the ticket: a short form (anything to add, and a 1 to 5 rating), then a card in the ticket where staff press Close now or Keep open. Once per ticket. With no staff answer for 12 hours it closes by itself.

Discord only lets this be the first answer to a click or command, so put it before anything that replies.
What it does
For the member who opened the ticket: a short form (anything to add, and a 1 to 5 rating), then a card in the ticket where staff press Close now or Keep open. Once per ticket. With no staff answer for 12 hours it closes by itself. It's a step: it runs when the white wire reaches it, then the flow carries on from its Then pin. Discord only allows it as the first answer to a click or command. Find it under Systems in the palette.
