Items are identical
Whether two items are exactly alike in type, name, lore and enchantments, ignoring how many.
m.item.same_item
In a flow
“When a player clicks a menu slot → If Items are identical → Stack them.”
When a player clicks a menu slot → If Items are identical → Stack them.
What it does
Whether two items are exactly alike in type, name, lore and enchantments, ignoring how many. It's a check: put it in an If, and the flow goes one way when it's true and the other when it isn't. Find it under Items & inventories in the palette.
When to use it
Use it when the flow needs to: whether two items are exactly alike in type, name, lore and enchantments, ignoring how many.
When not to
To pick between more than two outcomes, Switch or Random reads better than a chain of checks.
Typical wiring
Sockets: settings you can wire
- First item Item
-
The first item: wire one in.
What goes there: Type it in the side panel, or wire in an item. e.g. 3× Diamond
If it's empty: Optional. Left empty and unwired, the step runs without it.
- Second item Item
-
The second item: wire one in.
What goes there: Type it in the side panel, or wire in an item. e.g. 3× Diamond
If it's empty: Optional. Left empty and unwired, the step runs without it.
