Command sender

Who typed the command: a player, or the console when the command lets it. Gives their name and whether they are an operator.

Basic plan m.cmd.sender

In a flow

“When a player uses /status → Command sender → If it is the console → Write to the console.”

When a player uses /status → Command sender → If it is the console → Write to the console.

What it does

Who typed the command: a player, or the console when the command lets it. Gives their name and whether they are an operator. It's a value node: no white pins, it works out its answer when a step wired to it needs it. It gives 4 values later steps can use. Find it under Commands in the palette.

When to use it

Use it when the flow needs to: who typed the command: a player, or the console when the command lets it. Gives their name and whether they are an operator.

When not to

For a value that never changes, type it into the setting instead of wiring a node.
